There are over 80 types of salt shown off in its pages and more than 50 recipes for you to make at home. It’s odd but I found this book truly fascinating, I love to cook but I had no idea there was this much to the simplest of ingredients. For less than $2 this is an absolute steal, my recommendation of the week so far, I think.
