The Harvard Business Review awarded this concept the “ground breaking idea of the year” and I can’t agree more. If I could afford it, I’d buy every single person I know a copy of this. Just reading through it made me feel lighter and there’s a single exercise that if you follow for just 20 minutes a day for 3 days… will make you feel happier and better for the rest of you life!
