
Lara Honos-Webb’s book Brain Hacks is concerned with how you can help yourself get out of stressful situations with your sanity intact and, more importantly, by getting as much of what you want from the situation as possible. It’s crammed full of practical observations and exercises rather than dull theory.
My life’s not that stressful but I have managed to give a few of these techniques a test run and they really work! I recommend this for anyone facing any stress in their lives at all and for less than $1 at the moment – it’s not going to stress your wallet to pay for it!
