I Am Watching You

Fiction, Giveaways, Reviews · February 2, 2019

Teresa Driscoll’s I Am Watching You has been one of the biggest hits of the last year. It has nearly 9,000 positive reviews on Amazon now! It will come as no surprise that it’s also an Amazon bestseller. It poses a simple and beguiling question of the reader “What would it take to make you intervene?”

A woman on a long train journey spots two young men flirting with some young girls. Naturally, she doesn’t think anything of it – isn’t this how young people are? However, as she listens to their conversation her hackles begin to rise as she comes to understand the men have just left prison. She is contemplating raising the alarm when she is distracted and does not.

The next day, one of the girls is reported missing. A year later, she still has not been found. Ella, the woman from the train, cannot forgive herself for her failure to say something and she cannot forget either. Now, someone else appears to have worked out what she’s done. Because they’re sending her letters that threaten her life.

When the news features an appeal on the anniversary of the girl’s disappearance it transpires that Ella’s not the only one who may be hiding information. Even the girl’s parents may know more than they are letting on. Anna, the missing girl, is still out there can Ella piece together the puzzle and work out where?

Teresa on Amazon says, “I read a lot of thrillers and I must say this was one of the best ones I’ve come across! I love the way the chapters are told from the different character’s points of view. Ms. Driscoll was able to deliver REALLY well-rounded people throughout the story and we were able to see all the different ways each one dealt with the missing young girl. This made it more thrilling and the suspense grew until the surprising ending. I was barely able to put this down! AND you won’t want to either! You must read, “I’m Watching You”! I promise you’ll love it too!”

I really enjoyed I Am Watching You and I recommend that you check out the price of the book on Amazon and see if you want to give it a try.
